Technical Customer Success Manager & Business Developer. Customer Success & Business Development. That's Mohamed.

I keep customers happy, bring new ones in, and build the automations that let both scale.

SafeApps makes eGrow, one platform a business runs its whole operation from. 100+ client accounts and 100+ sales in under 3 months, and +15% company revenue.

    • Customer Success
    • Business Development
    • Marketing

    SafeApps (eGrow) · 2025 - Present

eGrow is a SaaS platform that lets businesses run and automate their operations from one place. It is built on the WhatsApp API and integrates with Shopify, delivery companies and other platforms, so a business manages everything in one tool instead of switching between several.

That is where the technical part of my job sits. The product is APIs and integrations, so supporting it means working in them: I built the WhatsApp order confirmation and delivery tracking flows, the transactional email sequences, and the Meta Conversions API integrations that fixed attribution for our customers' ad campaigns.

On top of that I own the full client lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal, and I close new business: 100+ sales in under 3 months. I run Meta ad campaigns (targeting, creative, conversion optimisation) and I script, film and edit UGC videos for the brand. Company revenue overall grew 15% in 2 months, driven mainly by the new sales I brought in through outreach.

    What I brought

    • Integrations built, not just configured
    • Client retention from day one
    • New revenue through sales
  5. Founded Postry

250+ posters sold in the first 3 months, B2B clients, zero outside funding.

    • Business Development
    • Marketing
    • Founder

    Postry · 2026 - Present

A DTC wall art brand on Shopify that I run end to end, from product to marketing. I sourced B2B clients including Experience Morocco, plus artist and creator commissions. Profitable with zero outside funding.

    What I brought

    • Sourcing B2B partners
    • Building a brand from zero
    • Profitable without funding

02 / GROWTH

Accounts I Grew From The Ground Up

I don't just make content. I build the strategy, film it, edit it and run the posting schedule, then watch the numbers move.

  • @postry_art

    0 to 8,000 followers in 3 months

    The challenge

New brand. Zero audience. Zero budget.

    What I did

    1. Strategy
    2. Film
    3. Edit
    4. Influencer collabs
    5. Paid ads

    The result

    • 250+ posters sold
    • 3 months
  • @egrowdotcom

Instagram + YouTube short form content, scripted to edit

    The challenge

eGrow runs a business's whole operation from one place, on the WhatsApp API. Explaining that in a video people actually watch is the hard part.

    What I did

    1. Script
    2. Film
    3. Edit
    4. Post on IG + YouTube

    The result

Steady content that explains the tool and drives sign-ups.

Want the same for your product? Let's talk

Most problems that look like product problems are communication problems.

A customer who churns usually did not understand what they bought. A deal that stalls usually did not hear the value. A team that misses usually did not know the target.

Customer success, sales, team leadership and marketing are the same job done in different places: making what matters clear, and keeping it clear.
